TERMS OF SERVICE — TIDIVO CLEAN Last updated: October 27, 2026 Support contact: khyberbh@gmail.com These Terms describe the conditions for using Tidivo Clean. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Any rights that applicable law makes mandatory remain unaffected. If you cannot legally enter into an agreement, use the app only with the authorization required by applicable law. 1. The service Tidivo Clean offers accessible-file scanning and selected deletion, storage views, large- and duplicate-file views, similar-photo review, screenshot management, photo and video compression, app information and usage views, network checks and optional home-screen features. Availability depends on your device, Android version, permissions, configuration, connectivity and third-party services. Scan results and displayed storage, usage and connection information may be incomplete or estimated. The app does not promise access to every file or another app's private data. It does not guarantee device acceleration, battery savings, antivirus protection or network security. 2. Permission to use the app You may use the app for lawful purposes on devices and with files you are authorized to access or modify. Respect other people's rights and the terms of third-party services. Do not use the app to damage systems, unlawfully access information or interfere with services. Subject to these Terms and applicable licenses, the operator permits you to install and use the app for its intended functions. Ownership of your files remains with you. These Terms do not take ownership of your media and do not remove rights granted by applicable open-source licenses or mandatory law. 3. File deletion and media processing Check all selections before deleting, compressing, replacing or opening files. A file listed as large, duplicate, similar, old or a removal candidate may still be important. Similar-photo grouping is not a guarantee that images are identical or interchangeable. Deletion and replacement can cause permanent data loss. Keep separate, usable backups of important files. The app does not guarantee recovery, and system backup of launcher settings is not a backup of all photos, videos, downloads or deleted files. Compression results depend on file format, content, quality settings, codec, available storage and device capabilities. Output may lose quality, detail or metadata, may not be smaller, may be incompatible with another app, or may fail. Check the output before removing an original. No fixed saving, lossless result or processing time is promised. When you open a file with another app, the receiving app can read that selected file and applies its own terms and privacy practices. 4. System access and optional home-screen features Associated functions require the relevant Android access. You can decline or revoke access in system settings, which can limit those functions. All-files access remains subject to Android's restrictions and does not give unrestricted access to other apps' private storage. Choosing Tidivo Clean as your default home app is optional. You can choose another default home app in Android settings. Home-screen features may include app launching, folders, shortcuts, widgets, recent or frequent apps, badges and notification popups. Widget binding and app uninstall requests use Android's applicable approval mechanisms. Notification posting and notification-listener access are separate choices. If you enable notification-listener access, home-screen notification features can read notification content. Accepting these Terms or choosing a default home app does not replace separately required privacy or advertising choices. 5. Network use and informational results Download-speed tests transfer data and can consume substantial internet allowance. Carrier and internet-provider charges may apply. Results vary with your connection, device, endpoint and conditions at the time of testing. Connection and Wi-Fi results are limited informational checks. They are not certification that a network is safe, encrypted against every threat, free of interception or suitable for sensitive activity. A missing Google Play listing does not prove that an app is harmful. App-usage estimates and storage figures are not guaranteed to represent complete histories or all device data. Network checks, Play listing queries, advertising and enabled measurement, configuration, messaging and diagnostic services use external connections. Local file processing does not mean the entire app works offline or that all information stays on your device. The Privacy Policy describes these activities. 6. Advertising and external services Tidivo Clean contains ads supplied through third-party advertising services. Depending on configuration and eligibility, ads may appear in app flows and before opening another app from the optional home screen. These ads belong to Tidivo Clean's advertising flow and are not necessarily supplied or endorsed by the app being opened. Ad availability, content and destination services depend on third parties. A displayed ad, external link, widget or store-status result is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Review a third party's terms and privacy information when you use its service. External services may change or become unavailable. 7. Reliability and responsibilities Operations may be interrupted by permission changes, system restrictions, low storage, unsupported media, network failure or other conditions. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete scan coverage, absolute security or recovery of deleted information. Use the app with reasonable care and keep your device and important files protected. These precautions do not waive the operator's responsibilities, statutory remedies or consumer guarantees. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. 8. Privacy and stopping use The Privacy Policy explains local file handling, installed-app checks, usage and notification access, identifiers, advertising, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, network requests and operating-system backup. These Terms do not provide advertising consent on your behalf. You may stop using the app, revoke access, change your default home app or uninstall Tidivo Clean through Android settings. Uninstalling does not necessarily remove exported files, operating-system backups or records already held by service providers. Privacy requests can be sent to the contact above. 9. Updates, applicable law and contact Features and these Terms may be updated. The updated date identifies the current text. Material changes and any required notice, consent or remedies remain subject to applicable law. No term removes mandatory rights or the right to seek remedies from a competent authority or court.
